Our Florence, SC Office Has Doubled in Size to Meet Your Needs

When Dr. Joe Griffin established Advanced Dental Center in 1994, our Florence, SC office was 2,000 square feet and had six patient care rooms. Since then, the office has quadrupled in size and now has 22 patient care rooms, and we have plans to grow it even further to better serve your needs.

As far as comfort go, we actually have a comfort menu. And if I try to sit here and tell you everything that’s on that menu, I know I’ll leave one or two out, so I’ll just hit the highlights okay. When you come in our office, if you’re cold, you’ll get a personal blanket. You can take that home with you. If you’re a little bit stressed or running a bit behind we have this really nice lady, her name is Patsy, and she goes around, gives everybody a neck and shoulder massage. It’s five or seven minutes. It really helps the time to pass and it helps you relax. And any other thing that you might need. If you’re just … the other day a lady was, “I just can’t do it. I said, “Oh well, just wait a minute.“ And we were able to sedate her. It took us about 30 minutes and she was glad she did it now. She got through it. She thought she couldn’t, but she did.

Check out our online tour, and you’ll see some of the modern dental technology we use for your care, such as intraoral cameras in each care room and the CEREC machine we use to make same-day dental crowns. You’ll find ample parking and a pleasant atmosphere. You can even watch some of the feathered visitors to our bird feeders.

We’re conveniently located near the Magnolia Mall and a short drive from the Florence Regional Airport. In addition to Florence, SC, we serve the nearby communities of Darlington, Sumter, Hartsville, Marion, Lake City, and Pamplico. We even have on-site accommodations for the doctors and patients who visit us from out of town!
